The products you purchase from our website will be delivered to cargo within 3-7 business days. The reason for this process is that all products are prepared specifically for the order. Only personalized/designed products can be delivered within 9 business days. Delivery is made by Yurtiçi Kargo. When the product is shipped or released for distribution, you will be notified by SMS.
RETURN
If the product you purchased from our website is missing or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or if the product has been used within this period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. There is no return or exchange for custom designed products, ear products (earrings, piercings, ear cuffs) and designer products in the silver category.
Apart from these, if you have a return or exchange request, you must notify us and ship the product or products you purchased within 14 business days after you receive them, together with the invoice. When the product reaches us, it is examined and if it complies with the return conditions, the return process begins. In order for the products to be returned and exchanged, they must not be removed from their packages, they must not be tried on and their packaging must not be damaged. In case of return of products with no defects, the agreed cargo fees are deducted from the return amount. As for the conditions of product return and exchange, the practices required by the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are essential. The invoices of the exchanged or returned products must be sent in full and the product must be sent without being removed from its packaging, otherwise the return or exchange will not be accepted. Since health and hygiene conditions are taken into consideration in accessories, products exceeding the specified period cannot be returned/exchanged.
