DELIVERY PROCESS

The products are prepared specifically for the order. They are delivered to the cargo company within 3-7 business days after you place your order. When delivered to the cargo company, your tracking number will be sent to you via SMS by our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo.

EXCHANGE&RETURN

There is absolutely no return or exchange for our personalized products (with letters, names, numbers, dates). The products are prepared specifically for the person upon order. Our products in the earring category are not returned due to hygiene reasons.

For our other products, you can contact us within 14 days to submit your return/exchange request. The shipping fee during the return/exchange process will be covered by you, again at our agreed fee. After the product reaches us, it will be evaluated and the return/exchange process will begin in communication with you.
